The most and immediate important reform in the education system in our country should be based on learning and earning system which will help the poor and meritorious learners to earn with the learning in the school, college or universities in general. The capacity of the learners in our country are in majority in the low income group and have little economic solvency to bear the total expenses of education at school/college. The parents are to pay the expenses and while the parents are otherwise unable to maintain the flow of finances for the child, the learner is in the hard track. So if the education system can offer a part time earning to the alumni or the syllabus itself contains the policy of earning during studies in a part moment. The relief is to be learner and to the parents too. A country of parent dependant learners should have a system of earning and learning at a time which may add relief to the parents and make the learner self reliant in character for the studentship which will have a far reacting impact in the total national economy and the economic thinking of the general population. The poorer students are to earn the subsistence during their studies without anybody’s support and only on his own initiative, which can be generalist on security and careful examination!!
